Brief description of the organisation:

Notre-Dame de la Paix University, the largest Jesuit university in Europe today, is based on the Belgian model of University training, which combines instruction and research to ensure that University plays its full role in society. The department of Chemistry is composed by nine independent laboratories led by 11 professors training 300 students including PhDs. At the department level, multidisciplinary research is carried out at the interface between physics, chemistry and biology. In particular, the two poles of excellences in “Supramolecular and Bio-organic Chemistry” and “Chemistry of the Surfaces and Nanomaterials” are recognized supported by a traditional strong competence in computational chemistry.
